Terms and Conditions
1. BOOKING:
Customers wishing to book one of 360 Tour Group LLC’s, (hereafter referred to as, “the company”), “Our Featured Tours or “A La Carte” tours must contract solely with 360 Tour Group LLC, (unless otherwise stipulated). 2. PAYMENT TERMS:
Our Featured Tours: A 20% deposit is required to book a tour. Once deposit is paid balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to departure. In the event customer opts to cancel booking more than 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit and any additional payments will be fully refunded. Any cancellations made 30 or less days prior to departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
A La Carte Tours: All products and services purchased from our “A La Carte” menu require full payment at time of booking. Cancellation terms will be clearly stipulated for each individual item. Any applicable refunds will be subject to a 20% service fee assessed by the company.
3. TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Our Featured Tours: Tours that include air transportation as part of the itinerary will automatically include, “Travel Insurance”, by a major underwriter. This coverage protects travelers from delayed flights, lost baggage, and medical emergencies, (including evacuation if necessary). The coverage will also protect the insured in the event they must cancel their trip, (certain conditions apply).
For those tours that do not include, “Travel Insurance” the company strongly recommends this coverage and will request it be obtained, (the company can sell this coverage at an additional cost). In the event customer refuses this coverage the company cannot be held liable for any losses incurred while participating on a tour.
A La Carte Tours: “Travel Insurance” can be purchased at additional cost in conjunction with any products or services from our “A La Carte” menu.
4. INCLUSIONS, EXCLUSIONS, and SUBSTITUTIONS
Our Featured Tours: Tour includes all services as indicated in, “Included” section of tour description section of catalog. Tour does not include any other service not indicated under, “Included” section of tour description, nor does it allow any additional charges incurred on behalf of the customer.
The company reserves the right to substitute any product or services for operational purposes. The company will first seek to substitute a comparable product or service, in the event this is accomplished-no price adjustments will be made. In the event the company substitutes a product or service for a lesser quality product or service-a price adjustment will be made.
A La Carte Tours: All services from, “A La Carte” section will only include the service as described. All services from our “A La Carte” menu are solely those of third party suppliers. If the company is advised by the provider of any substitutions between the time the service is purchased and delivered, the company will attempt to assist customer in finding alternative service or assist with refund, if applicable. The company cannot be responsible for last minute substitutions by the provider at time of service.
5. SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS:
The company strongly suggests all customers carefully read applicable tour description and determine if they are physically able to participate and/or enjoy the tour. The company will do all that is reasonably possible to accommodate customers with special needs. The company cannot guarantee that every lodging or attraction is fully handicapped accessible. In order for us to best facilitate any special accommodations please consult the company agent before making a booking.
6. SPECIAL MEALS:
The company will do all possible to facilitate special meal requests, but cannot make any guarantees. In order for any request to be fulfilled-please advise company agent at time of booking.
7. RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
The company reserves the right to refuse customers if it determined their participation in a tour would pose a threat to themselves or other participants. The company also reserves the right to dismiss a customer from a tour if their conduct interferes with the safe operation of a tour. In this event no refund will be given and if circumstances merit, customer may be liable for damages.
8. RESPONSIBILITY:
The company serves as an agent for its customers in facilitating contracted services such as transportation, lodging, and entertainment provided by third parties, therefore the company cannot be held liable for losses or damages incurred by tour participant as a result of failure or negligence on behalf of provider. |
